Obama is the president of the US. Democrats now control the majority of the US government. Why you ask? Republicans did not do their job to rid the average American from all the current unconstitutional anti second amendment laws (including the '86 MG ban, '68 GC & '34 GC laws). What do we do now? Contact your representive and tell them that you voted for freedom and the constitution in this election and expect the same right away, get rid of all of the un-American gun laws and bans! While you are at it, push for reduction of the taxs on ammunition. Let Freedom Ring! Over the last year, 98% of our visitors said in our poll, that the 1994 Assault Weapon & high cap mag ban should sunset in 2004. As of September 13th, the ban is no longer law. A great job was done by our Republican majority, in allowing this freedom stealing law to expire. The law when enacted in 1994, was nothing more then an anti second amendment law, that did not affect crime (as the FBI at the time stated that such firearms were used in less then 1% of crimes committed), only common citizens right to own certain firearms that had certain features and magazine sizes. Over the 10 year course of the law, it had no effect on the criminal use of so called Assault Weapons. Info from past polls. 3-01, you knew that legal NFA weapons are the safest in the United States of America. 4-01, how many NFA firearms do you own? 5-01, favorite NFA firearm is the Colt M16. 6-01, best ever battle rifles were the AK47 & M16. 7-01, if you could own only one firearm, it would be a machine gun. 8-01, of the MAC / Cobray series of NFA firearms, you would like to own a SWD M11/9. 9-01 your first NFA experance was the Military. 10-01, most said that they have been to the KCR MG shoot. 11-01, if the '86 MG Ban was reversed, you would add more then 10 transferables to your collection. 12-01, The best safety measure against terrorist attack, were owning Class 3 & Having a Carry Permit. 1-02, How did you celebrate the New Year? 2-02, What happens when a gas tank is hit with tracer rounds? 62% knew the correct answer, no fire & no explosion. 3/4-02 Our voters said that there are not enough shooting ranges!
